As İrem İnşaat Yapı Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Our Company” or “We”), we attach the utmost importance to the protection of your personal data, being fully aware of our role as the data controller.
2) Processing of Your Personal Data and Legal Basis
Your name, surname, e-mail address and phone number that you submit to us via the contact form on our website at “www.ireminsaat.com”, as well as the content of the message you send, will be processed for the purposes of following up requests and complaints, carrying out communication activities, and being able to respond to you.
3) Contact Forms
You may share various personal data with us by using the contact forms on our website. In this case, your personal data obtained automatically through the relevant form will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the purpose of communication and responding to your request, complaint, or suggestion. The legal basis for collecting your data within this scope will be the exercise of a right, our Company’s legitimate interests, and in some limited cases, your explicit consent.
4) To Whom and For What Purposes Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
The third parties to whom your personal data may be transferred and the purposes of such transfer are stated below. Only the data that is necessary will be transferred, limited to the purpose of sharing. Apart from this, your personal data will not be shared with third parties in any way.

5) Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
By applying to our Company, you may request the following: to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; to learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate processing and to request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data when the reasons requiring processing no longer exist and to request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and to request compensation for damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully and you suffer damage.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, which regulates your rights regarding your personal data, to our Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, via ireminsaat@hs01.kep.tr or in physical form to Orhantepe Mah. 1) General Explanations
1.1 ) Application Method
To exercise your rights regarding your personal data, you may submit this form to our Company through the following methods.

1.2 ) Verification of Your Identity
In order to finalize your application, in some cases we may need to request certain information from you to verify your identity. Such requests are another security measure we implement to prevent disclosure of your personal data to unauthorized persons.
1.3 ) Our Response to Your Application
Our response regarding your application will be delivered to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with your communication preference, as soon as possible and no later than thirty days.
1.4 ) Costs Related to Your Application
If processing your application requires an additional cost, fees may arise based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Accordingly, if you request a written response, no fee will be charged for up to ten pages of our response; however, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page exceeding ten pages. Also, if it is necessary to provide the response on a recording medium such as a CD or a portable memory device, the cost of the relevant medium may be requested. However, if it is understood that your application is due to an error of our Company, all fees and expenses charged will be refunded to you.
