The name, surname, email address, and phone number data you submit to us through the contact form on our website, "www.ireminsaat.com," as well as the content of the message, requests, and complaints you send to us, will be processed for the purpose of tracking requests and complaints, conducting communication activities, and enabling us to respond to you.

You can submit various personal data to us using the contact forms on our website. In this case, the personal data obtained through automated methods via the relevant form will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the communication goal and addressing the request, complaint, or suggestion you have submitted to us. The legal basis for the collection of data in this scope will be the exercise of a right, the legitimate interests of our Company, and in limited cases, your explicit consent.

You can apply to our company and make requests regarding the following matters: Learning whether your personal data is processed and requesting information if processed; Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in line with that purpose; Learning the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad; Requesting the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed, and requesting that the transaction be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in this context; Requesting the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data if the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data cease to exist, and requesting that the transaction be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; Objecting to the emergence of a result against you through the exclusive analysis of your processed data by automatic systems; Requesting the remedy of damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), which regulates your rights regarding your personal data, in accordance with the principles and procedures of applying to the data controller, as per the Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller. 1.2 ) Identification Verification
In order to finalize your application, we may need to request specific information from you to verify your identity in certain situations. These requests are another security measure we implement to prevent the disclosure of your personal data to unauthorized individuals.
1.3 ) Our Response to Your Application
Our response to your application will be provided in writing or electronically, in accordance with your communication preference, as soon as possible and no later than thirty days.
1.4 ) Costs Related to Your Application
If the procedures related to your application require an additional cost, fees specified by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. Accordingly, if your request is for a written response, no fee will be charged by our company for the response up to ten pages, but a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be applied for each page exceeding ten pages.
Additionally, if it is necessary to provide the response in a recording medium such as a CD or portable memory, the cost of the relevant recording medium may be charged. However, if it is determined that your application resulted from an error on the part of our company, all fees and expenses incurred will be refunded to you.
