The project carried out by the municipal administrations of Trabzon and Rize provinces, under the Solid Waste Facilities Construction and Operation Union, involves the separate collection of packaging waste generated in the Trabzon and Rize provinces.
The main activities of the Biomass Energy Power Plant project include the separate collection of household waste at its source, transportation, disposal, and energy production, as well as the collection, transportation, sterilization of medical waste, and the separation of packaging waste for recycling.
It is established with 100% domestic capital and is headquartered in Istanbul. The partners of the Biomass Energy Power Plant have been active in the solid waste sector for over 20 years.
